Bungalow with private garden in Laguna Beach urbanization, in Denia. It is located on Playa de las Marinas, 5 km from the town center.
The urbanization has a large garden area with palm trees and shaded areas. It also has large community pools for children and adults.
The bungalow is completely renovated with very good qualities.

It is distributed on the ground floor and 1st floor as follows: Ground floor with living room with fully equipped American kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave), bathroom with shower and terrace with access to a private garden.
Via an open staircase with a railing on the wall, you access the first floor, which consists of 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The main room has a double bed and from it you have access to a terrace with views of the private garden and a green area with large trees. The other two bedrooms are doubles with two beds each. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and screen.
The staircase is open to the living room on the left side, which makes it not recommended for small children. It does not have a stairlift for children.
